10:00 — Bahia Palace & Saadian Tombs
Start with the quiet wonders before the crowds: the 19th-century Bahia Palace (70 MAD) and the jewel-box Saadian Tombs.
12:30 — Lunch in the medina
Tagine on a rooftop overlooking the spice square — your guide knows the good-value places (count 80-120 MAD).
14:00 — The souks
Follow your guide through the metalworkers', dyers' and carpet souks. Learn to say "la, choukran" (no, thanks) with a smile.
16:00 — Koutoubia & Jemaa el-Fnaa
The Koutoubia minaret from the gardens, then the legendary square: orange-juice stalls, storytellers, musicians. It transforms at dusk.
17:30 — Optional Majorelle Garden
If tickets are reserved in advance (we can book them), the blue villa and cacti are a 45-minute visit.
18:30 — Return to Agadir
